Meemaw's Visit

Meemaw is in da house, let the spoiling begin!!  Haha, and let me tell you, there has definitely been some spoiling going on... for everyone.  Mitchell, of course, has not had it this easy in a while.  Every coo of his is answered faster than I think he knows what to do with.  Chris has been spoiled himself; he once again had a delicious, made from scratch, birthday cake baked for him.  And we have all been treated to dinners, treats, and of course, pancakes.  This has been such a great weekend so far with great visiting, shopping, eating (too much eating:), and laughing.  We hate to see Meemaw go in a couple of days, but understand that unfortunately, life does go on away from us in Idaho:(

Chris makes it his task every year on his birthday to have his mother "prove her love" by making him a homemade birthday cake.  Of course, he can't make it easy.  So, he finds the most elaborate cake recipes out there for his mother to try.  This year was a Milky Way cake, with six actual Milky Way candy bars in it.  It was delicious but crazy rich!!

Of course, play time was a must!!

And after play time comes the relaxation... Mitchell ordered the massage package:)
