Mitchell The Talent Machine

Can your 19 month old juggle?  Ride a unicycle?  Play the violin?  Well, neither can ours, haha.  But, he has discovered a few new talents in this last month.  They may not be violin playing or whatnot, but they are still pretty cool (for a 19 month old).

Guess who FINALLY learned to drink from a straw?  Of course, he still hasn't quite learned how to let go of the straw without drooling water everywhere (swallow the water first, son!!).

Mitchell has discovered the joys of coloring... almost.  Haha, it is the cutest thing; he holds the crayon sideways and just moves his hand back and forth (the crayon actually never touches the paper).  But he thinks he is truly doing something special:)  Just watch how proud he is of himself when "coloring."  Awe, melts my heart!!

Sorry for the shots of food in Mitchell's mouth, but this was just a hilarious moment.  We were eating dinner when Chris made an elephant noise at Mitchell, just trying to entertain him and not thinking much of it.  Well, Mitchell thought it was hilarious (who knew?) and couldn't stop laughing at it.  Then, out of no where, Mitchell started trying to imitate it.  Then Chris and I started laughing, that got Mitchell laughing even more, etc.  Anyways, it led to Mitchell discovering his talent of making elephant noises:)

*** Haha, just realized all of these talents were discovered around food/restaurants.  Awe, he truly is a Swisher:) ***
